Privacy policy

We collect the minimum information needed to run the park portal: your name, email, phone number (optional), waiver signature, booking history, and membership status.

What we share

Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Email delivery is handled by our transactional email provider. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Welfare checks

When you check in, we log the time and your expected departure. If you haven't checked out by then, staff may contact you to make sure you're okay. This is safety only — no location tracking beyond the park entry log.

Your data

You can request deletion of your account and associated records by contacting info@cvequestrianpark.org.
