Proof of insurance

CVEA requires all trainers using the facility to carry their own liability insurance. Please upload a current certificate (PDF or image).

Your certificate must show:

• At least $2,000,000 in liability coverage
• Chino Valley Equestrian Park and the Town of Chino Valley named as additional insured

Ask your insurance agent for a certificate of insurance (COI) with both named. We can't approve a listing without it.

Agreement

I confirm that I carry current liability insurance, agree to CVEA's Code of Conduct and park rules, and understand that CVEA does not specifically endorse trainers or trainer services. I will provide updated insurance documentation upon renewal.
